Dutch Tourist Says She Saw Missing Toddler Madeleine McCann at French ...

The woman told police she saw a child she thought was the 4-year-old in the city of Montpellier.

French police have taken CCTV from a cafe, which reportedly shows the girl in question.

Clarence Mitchell, spokesman for Madeleine's parents, said he was told the tourist had been so sure it was the missing girl that she shouted out her name before a man rushed off with the child.

The spokesman told Sky News: "Of course we've been here before. There have been many, many sightings of Madeleine, some where people — very well-meaning people -- have said they are certain it was her and, of course, in those cases sadly it has proven not to be.

"In this case, the young girl concerned says she is 100 percent certain it was Madeleine. She apparently has also spoken about the mark in Madeleine's eye — which makes her very distinctive."

Mitchell said the tourist, thought to be an 18-year-old student, had done "absolutely the right thing" by contacting the police.

Try other types of mustard, or switch to horseradish

Q: I have been meaning to ask this question for quite some time. Personally I cannot stand Dijon mustard, either as a spread or in a cooked recipe. I have given it a chance in recipes but cannot eat them due to the smell and taste. What can I substitute for the mustard?

I feel this ingredient has been forced on cooks, much like the current craze of making everything with hot peppers. Dressings, usually the vinaigrette type, seem to always ask for Dijon. Also, recipes with sauces that go over meat, chicken, fish, etc. Even quiche recipes.

Unfortunately, I do not even consider trying any recipe with Dijon listed as an ingredient. Any other suggestions you can give would be greatly appreciated.

And kudos to you for saying you do not like cilantro — me too.

Garbage truck slams into Uptown house

Several muttered, "Thank God no one got hurt," and several more approached him with hugs and words of consolation.

Lewis' truck and his wife's blue Chevy Cavalier both sustained damage when the garbage truck ran into the property.

Lewis also said he probably lost furniture and several of his paintings as emerged from his living room's rubble, past the front of the garbage truck and onto a sidewalk littered with damaged cars.

Three other cars sat damaged nearby, including neighbor Terrell Knott's black Chrysler 300. The hood on the passenger side was crumpled like a torn up aluminum can.

"I'm just glad no one got hurt," said Knotts, who was parked two doors down. "It's a miracle."

The house didn't collapse, but two of the four living room walls are substantially damaged.

Hannah Kohn, 105, artist and shop owner

Hannah Kohn, 105, of Rittenhouse Square, an artist and dress-shop owner, died Friday at her home. In the late 1990s, Mrs. Kohn's son, Eugene, put on an exhibit of his mother's paintings and invited nearly 300 of the rich and famous to the gathering in Philadelphia. Among the guests was Thomas Krens, director of the Guggenheim Museum in Manhattan. He promised Mrs. Kohn that if she lived to be 100, he would give her a show at the Guggenheim. So, for Mrs. Kohn's 100th birthday celebration in 2002, her family and friends frolicked among the Picassos and her artwork at the Guggenheim. More than 100 of her paintings, still lifes and abstracts, hung in the seventh-floor gallery of Frank Lloyd Wright's ivory spiral. "It's just a promise, you know," the elegant Mrs. Kohn had said before the opening.

GDC '08: Community gaming Gears up Microsoft keynote

SAN FRANCISCO--The 2007 Game Developers Conference was blessed with two of the highest-profile speakers in the game industry: Sony Worldwide Studios president Phil Harrison, who unveiled the PlayStation 3's home service, and Shigeru Miyamoto, who picked up a lifetime-achievement award. This year, the keynotes were a bit lower-profile, coming from John Schappert, corporate vice president of Live, software and services, and futurist Ray Kurzweil.
